What is careless driving?

Careless driving is failing to drive responsibly, posing risks & causing a collision. These charges carry 6 demerit points and can lead to license suspensions. Insurance companies may also cancel policies in cases related to careless driving.

What happens if I drive without insurance?

Driving without insurance can lead to serious penalties and fines. On the first offence the minimum fine is $5,000. On the second offence the minimum fine is $10,000. We consistently save our clients thousands of dollars in fines.
